We offer the best complete home inspection and radon services for your dollar serving the greater Kansas City metropolitan and surrounding areas.

There is no reason to hire additional inspectors because we can meet your needs - an all in one inspection company.   We are certified to conduct WHOLE HOUSE, TERMITE, RADON TESTING, and RADON MITIGATION  system installations in both Kansas and Missouri.

Our full range of home inspection options includes:

• WHOLE HOUSE  Certified inspections includes Structural (both inside and out), Foundation, Roof, and Mechanical (which includes:  heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and all built in appliances). 
  
• W.D.I. or TERMITE inspections:  Certified with State of Missouri 7b and State of Kansas 7a for W.D.I. (wood destroying insects including termites)
• RADON Testing and inspections:  Certified by the  National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and National Radon Proficiency Program  (NRPP) and State of Kansas KDHE for Radon measurement, analytical analysis, and mitigations (Missouri has no requirements).  We use calibrated and performance tested Sun Nuclear continuous monitoring equipment with computerized data logging that can be instantly downloaded - not shipped to an outside lab with delayed results.

• RADON MITIGATION SYSTEMS:  Integrity Building Insepctions offers Radon Mitigation Systems custom designed for your home.  We perform diagnostic testing to insure the system is properly sized for proper Radon reduction and to insure you won't have to pay for extra heating and cooling costs with improperly sized Radon Fans.  See our Mitigation page and services page for more information.

• Inspections normally scheduled dawn to dusk Monday through Saturday.  Weekends and evening schedules fill up quickly so be sure to schedule your inspection as soon as possible.
• We service the entire Kansas City area and surrounding communities - both Kansas and Missouri.
• Most Whole house inspections at a fixed flat rate.  No additional surprise fees like our competition.
  • Homes up to 4000 square feet?        No additional costs.

• Female?  For your safety and security we can provide a trained female home inspector to assist with your inspection.   Check out our For Women Only page.
• Radon and W.D.I. (termite) inspections during the same trip (Radon monitor will require picked up after the 48 hour Radon test is complete).   Avoid additional trips and working with multiple inspectors who do not provide complete inspection services or inspectors that are not certified for Radon analysis.    We provide Radon testing for other home inspection companies that are not qualified or do not have their own equipment.
• There are only 17 Radon inspectors in the Kansas City metro area certified to perform both Radon measurement and Radon analysis (as of June 2011).    We have both certifications and can give you the results immediately.  Per protocols of NEHA-NRPP and NRSB everyone else should send the results to a 3rd party to perform the analysis before giving you the results.  Be sure you use an inspector certified in both measurement and analysis.   (On the NEHA-NRPP web site check for both Standard (S) and Analytic (A) certification codes.  On the NRSB site check type of certification and equipment used (must be RMS certification and using continuous monitors).  Integrity Building Inspections is certified with NEHA-NRPP with both S and A certifications for standard and analytical services in compliance with the new Kansas Radon law that went into effect July 1, 2011. 
• Large home?  On occasion we can provide two inspectors who work together to get the job done quicker for the same reasonable price.
  
• We want you to walk with us during the inspection.   Communication during the inspection is valuable and just part of our service to you.
• Immediately after the inspection we will sit down with you and your real estate agent to go over pictures of all issues discovered so you understand them completely. 
• After the inspection we will e-mail a computer generated formal report with digital pictures.  Our inspections are more complete than our competition.   You don't want to hire an inspector that fills out a report on site without detailed pictures and accurate information of the issues found.
• Summary pages that can help identify unacceptable conditions for negotiations.
• Free phone consultation - our services do not stop after the inspection is finished. 
• Insured inspector - We are insured for both liability and E & O insurance.  Check out your inspector to see what coverage they have.  Integrity is not just our name.  It is in everything we do.
• We are registered and listed both Kansas and Missouri for all our services.  We hold certifications that are in compliance with the new Kansas SB 531 law for Radon measurement and mitigation providers that went into effect July 1, 2011.  and hold KDHE certifications KS-MS-57  for radon measurement and KS-MI-0013 for radon measurement services.  
• We provide training for real estate professionals and groups.  We can provide training for your group - especially for Radon, Radon testing, mitigation, and Radon risks.

Call us at 816-922-9529 and we can usually schedule an inspection quickly.  We know that most real estate contracts have a 10 day window.

We normally work Monday through Saturday dawn till dusk so pick a time that is convenient for you and we can usually do it on your schedule.

MY PROMISE TO YOU
